When Will I get my Order?
With Print on Demand Products it usually takes 3 - 7 Days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but it can be estimated as follows:

Our fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual due to Covid 19 restrictions until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

What's the Minimum Order Value for Free Shipping?

Free Shipping varies by region. The following are the minimum order totals for Free Shipping in each region:

Brazil - $49
Canada - $58
European Free Trade Association - $81
Europe - $53
Japan - $43
United Kingdom - $51
USA - $39
Rest of the World - $85

Some specific items may require a higher minimum order total to qualify for free shipping.

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Will I be charged Customs for my Order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. We usually try and include all customs fees in our order, but that is not always in our control and additional fees may be assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. If you are assessed a customs fee, please send us a copy of the receipt at fbehrens@aroundonmykayak.com, and we will reimburse you for the costs.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

Ask your local post office if they have your package

Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at fbehrens@aroundonmykayak.com with your order number.

If your shipping address was incorrect, then we are sorry, but you will need to repurchase the item.

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

Are there any Countries you cannot ship to?

Yes, unfortunately, we cannot ship to the following countries, territories, and regions:
