Sea to Summit Ether Light Camping Pad is a fantastic sleeping mattress. It's thick enough for you to sleep in any position and keep you warm in a cold night. The checkered pattern of the ridges are very comfortable and won't leave you with back pain the next morning. It crumples into a very small size which you can stuff in to a compression sack. Best of all, it's very robust and resistant to punctures.
The only downside of this mattress is the price, but you're definitely getting the value for it. This mattress is so good, that if someone finds out you have one, they will be willing to steal it from you.
